Dear CYC members,

As we prepare for our 117th year of operation at the Conanicut Yacht Club, we have high expectations for another active and enjoyable season of yachting and junior sailing, racquet sports, dining and other activities. The state of the Club is well and strong. Our members are utilizing our recently renovated Clubhouse more than ever, and are growing in number.

We continue to make improvements to the facilities at both locations. We should commend our lively and responsive staff, who under the able direction of our Club Manager Barry Stacer, work hard to create a friendly, efficient and inviting atmosphere at the Clubhouse, on the waterfront and at the racquets facility. Also, appreciation is due to your Board of Trustees, committee chairs and committee volunteers.

Please recognize that the Club offers a wide range of programs and activities to its members and youth because of the involvement and participation of so many enthusiastic volunteers. My very best wishes for the coming year.
